Charles H. (Chuck) Allen, III
1953-2008

"Doing something to help someone else is the reason why we were all put here" Chuck Allen often said. He believed that your energy, knowledge and expertise were to be shared with others. And he did just that.
Monies provided by such funds as the Senator Chuck Allen, III scholarship provide one of the most pressing needs in higher education today for students of color who are applying for admittance to college. Scholarships for students to attend higher education allow deserving students to attain their educational goals, meet their professional objectives, succeed to their fullest ability and give back to the next generation.
